What is included in a digital download?
Digital downloads include watermarked pages of an entire catalogue, brochure, advertisement or whichever download chosen from the Digital Library.
Are digital downloads available without watermarks?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
I haven't received the download link. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. Once digital download purchase is completed, all files are automatically sent to the provided email. Please contact us if file is still not received.
How many times can files be downloaded?
The maximum number of downloads with the provided link is 3.
Can I buy any original physical catalogues, brochures, pricelists, magazines, advertisement sheets, etc?
Yes, select items are available. Check out the Brochure / Catalog tab.
How often are new Digital Downloads added?
We will do our best to have new Digital Downloads added once a month.
Are refunds or returns accepted?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Yes, we are able to ship globally.
How can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships. This will contain a tracking number that can be tracked through USPS.com. Tracking is not provided if "No Tracking #" shipping option was selected.
I used the wrong shipping address, can I contact you directly to make correction?
Please fill out the form using Contact Us link. Please be sure to include your Order # in the Subject Line. We will try our best to make corrections to your address and we will reply back within 24-48 hours.
